（英）Fire-Fighting and Rescue Techniques for Palestinians

The Palestinian civil defense young in age and because of the abnormal crises that Palestine is going through, it is still in the construction and preparatory of state phase in order to complete its role and responsibilities which depend on the civilian protection and services presentation.
The Palestinian civil defense and through its strategic plan, manages to work with the available machineries and limited qualifications, most of the equipment are old and need to be replaced or maintained, at the same time we need qualified specialists to operate these equipment and machineries.
The benefit from the graduates is the first phase of training is high, and more is expected in the current phase such as the ability and the training development in addition to transfer of experience especially at the Palestinian Training Center that is in highly need of experienced staff qualifications.
To give the opportunity to Palestine Civil Defense Staff to improve their knowledge and to develop their theoretical and practical information in the fields of Civil protection.
-Develop their skills in the fields of search and rescue, fire fighting.
-Develop their theoretical and practical information in the fields of civil protection in general.
-Develop themselves to work as trainers in the future and practicing to work as a team.
-Consolidate theirself confidence through the ways of dealing with accidents.
-To recognize the new safety equipment which will use during the course.
-To enhance their knowledge through the theoretical information & the practical skills.
-To know how to wear & deal with the breathing apparatus.
-To practice all needed vehicles, tools and equipment in the course.
-Using the safety equipment during the course program

-Bear the invitation expenses such as per-diem, accommodation, life & medical insurance for emergency treatment only, and Jordanian lectures Fee for training in Palestine.
-Take budgetary measures to bear 70-85% of the training expenses of the course according to JJPP（Japan-Jordan Partnership Program）
-Take budgetary measures to bear 15-30% of the training expenses of the course according to JJPP（Japan-Jordan Partnership Program）
